The AESE Leadership Program will run from September 18, 2009 – September 3, 2010.

The program is comprised of courses, workshops, and team projects:

• Courses:  There are six, four unit courses.  The courses are scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Workshops:  There are three intensive workshops. The workshops are scheduled Wednesday-Saturday.
• Team Projects: There are four, three unit team projects, including the team's final project.  The team projects are scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays.

All classes will meet from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Meeting time will include lectures, team project discussion periods and homework review. For every major topic, the lectures shall discuss the current state of practice in the topic area. Issues and limitations of the current practice will be addressed and emerging approaches will be identified. The material in each topic area will be amplified through the use of Case Studies and in-class excercises that illustrate the key points of the presentation.
